About Ashley Palandra
Ashley Palandra was a member of the MyFertilityChoices.com site team. She is a graduate of the Ph.D. program in Counselling Psychology at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC. She completed an M.A. in Experimental Psychology at the University of Toronto and an M.A. in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at New York University. Ashley’s clinical work and research are centered on women’s mental health, with a particular focus in the area of eating disorders. Her dissertation explored mid-life women’s challenges in their relationships with food. Since she started working with Dr. Daniluk, Ashley also developed an interest in women’s reproductive health, and she has conducted a pilot study exploring women’s experiences of delaying childbearing.
